Blue Drinks CentrEau in Montreal and Quebec City

Blue Drink are back, so come and join us for evenings dedicated to sharing.

This year, CentrEau's Annual General Meeting will be followed by a Bleu Drink  in collaboration with IWA-YWP.

Come and network with water professionals from your region !

Montreal : Siboire Saint-Laurent, 5101 boul. Saint-Laurent (the room is on the left passed the restrooms)

Quebec City : 867, avenue Myrand (the room is up the stairs)

What?

On the program, networking as well as a brief presentation by:

Quebec: Simon Barnabé, Chief Scientific Advisor for the City of Victoriaville (and regular member of CentrEau) 

Montreal: Julie-Maude Normandin, Chief Scientific Advisor for the City of Longueuil 

Our two speakers will demystify science consulting for cities and present the benefits of city-research proximity by discussing some of their respective water-related projects.

In Montreal, two scientific posters will also be presented by CentrEau students:

  1. Mariana Castaneda-Gonzalez and Siavash Pouryousefi Markhali, École de technologie supérieure: "Land use changes and hydroclimatic simulations" 

  2. Émilie Bilodeau, École de technologie supérieure: "Evaluation of drainage infrastructure design methods in the context of climate change."

Who?

Researchers and students, municipal staff, private experts, NPOs, etc. are welcome.
