Speaker

With a triple background in law, economics and public affairs, Samuel Samson is a member of the Quebec Bar and focuses his practice on natural resources, energy and land law, as well as immigration law. Passionate about the contemporary issues that will shape tomorrow's world, Samuel Samson is pursuing graduate studies at Université Laval's Faculty of Law, where his work focuses on water and energy access standards, as well as water and energy security in Quebec law. An entrepreneur at heart, Samuel Samson held the reins, from 2021 to 2023, of True North Fresh Water Corporation, a company marketing drinking water supply products and services in response to situations of water stress. Today, he is President of the Natural Resources and Water Corporation of Canada, which promotes the commercialization of water credits, inspired by carbon credits and designed to compensate for the net losses associated with industrial water consumption. Samuel Samson is also President of Thenergy Power Corporation and a partner in the law firm Maxime Lapointe et Associés.
