This webinar aims to present a range of practices and approaches implemented by different types of actors acting at different scales (municipal, regional, metropolitan and watershed) to prevent flood-related risks within the Outaouais and Montreal watershed region. The webinar will also provide an account of the realities, challenges and interpretations of the various professionals working in risk prevention in different fields of public action (civil security, land use planning, etc.).
