- 12:30-13:45 : Speed-dating Lunch (student members only)
- 13:45-14:00: Welcoming words and student elections (student members only)
- 14:00-15:00: "My Thesis in 180 secondes" contest (you could win $100) (open to all students)
- 15:00-15:45: Water Pictionary game
- 15:45-16:30: Presentation to How to communicate research results, by Valérie Levée
- 16:30-17:30: Movie A Thirsty World by Yann Arthus-Bertrand
- 17:30: Bus leaves for the Apér'Eau at Le Capitole
