WEBINAR SUMMARY
The complexity of socio-ecological issues means that interdisciplinary research characterizes the field of environmental sciences. Beyond the links to be forged between disciplines, faced with the urgency to act and the need to take into account the plurality of realities, more and more citizens, researchers and organizations are working to pool their knowledge, experiences and skills to protect water, forests, biodiversity, landscapes, territories… Indeed, a dialogue between the various types of knowledge is now essential.
What needs can researchers address in a water protection organization? What can researchers working on water issues learn from citizen organizations? What successful collaborative initiatives can we draw inspiration from? What epistemological and methodological approaches are relevant for conducting joint research? Come discuss this with a citizen and a researcher who share a collaborative trajectory.
EXCHANGES AND DISCUSSIONS
The webinar will conclude with a question and answer session with participants.
