Researcher member recognition program

The strength of CentrEau lies in its members! This is why we wish to honor, at each CentrEau annual meeting, the work of members who stand out in their contribution to the group's mission and to the improvement of the management and governance of continental water for a sustainable future. The dedication of members to research and innovation in the field of water is a source of inspiration for the scientific and environmental community, and this is what is highlighted during a ceremony recognition bringing together the CentrEau community, its members and research users.

So every year, research members are called upon to share their scientific accomplishments with the CentrEau team, as well as to propose achievements of their peers that deserve to be recognized. The CentrEau management committee then selects the members who stand out on the basis of the recommendations received, and the structuring nature of the achievements for the group.

  • Hebd'Eau webinars to disseminate members' research and to learn from other water stakeholders.

  • Visits to research infrastructures, and the desire to create collaboration spaces around some of them.

  • The annual CentrEau Meeting is intended to be a place for meetings and exchanges between members and the research user community: presentations, panels, workshops, scientific posters, round tables, networking and more.

  • A person responsible for knowledge brokering to support members in their knowledge transfer and collaboration efforts, by identifying potential activities to increase the impact of their work or partners likely to enrich their projects.

  • Support from the CentrEau team for one or more members wishing to organize an activity aimed at consolidating links between members.
